The United Kingdom has plans to deport over 500 Nigerians who have been resident in that country today.
The affected Nigerians in the UK have cried out to the Nigerian Government for over two weeks, to come their rescue. But, there has been no response to their call.
Despite this, the Nigerian Government has not issued any response on the allegation of officials of the Nigerian High Commission in the UK taking bribe of £3,000 from UK officials to issue travel certificates to the affected Nigerians.
The families of the affected are shocked that the government is keeping silent on the ill-treatment. Knowing that, the British Government will never condone this if its own citizens are being treated in the manner in such manner.
