Nigeria Christian Corpers’ Fellowship (NCCF) members in Oyo State have commissioned a house built during their service year.
The house was built in less than a year.
Such an amazing feat was achieved by collective effort of the various sub-zones in the state. The NCCF State president popularly called ‘papa’ or ‘paposki’, Godwin Owoicho Daniel, had this to say on 22nd of January, 2016 as reported on NCCF Oyo facebook page:
“Precisely 24th may, 2015, On a Sunday, I was announced as the Proposed President of NCCF Oyo State Chapter in the orientation camp after all the delay and the frustration of being posted to a State that I thought I can’t settle in. God in his infinite mercy who selected me out of the crowd birthed this vision alongside others that will materialize in less than two months for the state. I just knew that if he could create the world in six days then hundred days was too much for him to build this house.
I sincerely, beyond words, appreciate my brother, friend, my partner in crime against the devil and most importantly a destiny helper who happened to be my General Secretary (KOMOLAFE BUSUYI) who believed in me from the day the vision was birthed and stood by me for it to come to pass.
My sincere gratitude also goes to my mighty men and women (state central executives) who has made me realize that it’s all about the team not an individual, Also to the GENCO Delegates for their immerse support, all the state house members, every Jesus Corper in the State, all senior friends that believed in our vision, most of all our state patrons and matrons for their love, care, support and guidance through it all and to God Eternal and almighty for everything he has done for us. Long live Rural Rugged, NCCF will never die.
This is a milestone development as far as Christian Missionary work is concerned especially since NCCF is known for housing many Corpers who don’t have places to stay.”
