Living Faith founder, Bishop David Oyedepo, has called on Christians to commit themselves to the study of God’s Word. He made the plea during a one-day apostolic visit to Jos.
Speaking to over 6,000 worshipers, the cleric spoke about the importance of the Word of God.
Calling the Bible the light, he said it “is the only authority darkness understands and at the appearance of light darkness must give way without any form of discussion. ‘’
Making reference to 2 Timothy: 3 vs 16, Bishop Oyedepo said knowing and obeying the Word of God is guaranteed in order to have lasting peace and joy.
In his words, “No word of God of any private interpretation, what he tells you to do, do it and you will be on your way to enjoying peace and greatness.â€Â
