An interdenominational show for Christians, “Luli Concert” under the umbrella of the Celestial Church was held recently.

This year’s edition which happens to be the third edition of the Luli Concert tagged “Oneness in Christ” was held on Friday, September 21, 2018, at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Onikan Lagos.

The worship concert was powered by El-Berachah Worship Ministry which seeks to create a medium to promote worship, word of God, and intercede for the nation.

The Convener of Luli concert, Mr Gbenga Danial Adebayo revealed that the vision of Luli Concert is anchored on engineering a paradigm shift in the Body of Christ.

In his word: “We cannot continue to watch as the Body of Christ is divided; we have to work continuously towards unifying the Body of Christ. This year, we focused on oneness in Christ as described in 1 Corinthians 12:12-27. We are, therefore, creating an inter-denominational platform where we can worship without the barriers of creed, tongue or tribe”

He noted that the Luli Concert is not for Celestial Church only as many people apt to believe, saying that God Has given them the grace to put the programme together on a yearly basis which is open to all believers in Christ.

“We have artistes, who cut-across the domination coming to perform at the event. This year’s concert featured a 400-man mass choir under the umbrella of the Celestial Church of Christ Central choir, coordinated by Dr Wole Adetiran, of former Music Department, The Polytechnic Ibadan. Other artistes are Sola Allyson, Seyi Solagbade, Kenny Kore, Yetunde Are, Adelakun Ayewa and Johnny Sourou.
